1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons (e.g., festivals), processing may take slightly longer; we appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

3. Delivery Areas

Local Delivery: We deliver to all addresses in Hong Kong, including outlying islands.
International Delivery: We currently ship to Any Country. If your location is not listed, please contact us to inquire.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free local shipping is available for orders over HK$500 (after discounts, before shipping).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

Our courier will attempt delivery at the address provided. If no one is available, they may leave a notification with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a nearby depot.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery details. guttoskin.shop is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
Failed delivery attempts that result in the return of the package to us may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

Important: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
guttoskin.shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
If you refuse to pay customs charges and the package is returned, we will refund the product cost minus original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred.

8. Special Handling of Products

Our products include delicate and hygroscopic items such as dried seafood and ginseng. We take extra care in packaging to preserve quality during transit. However, please note:

Once delivered, you are responsible for storing products appropriately (e.g., cool, dry place) to maintain freshness.
Damage caused by improper storage after delivery is not covered by our return policy.
